First of please introduce yourself and your site to our readers?

I live in Sweden and I run themilliondollarwebsite.biz.

Most people have been inspired by the Million Dollar Homepage, where did you get your inspiration from?

I live in Sweden and happenings worldwide doesn’t reach us until it’s to late. I was reading the biggest Swedish Newspaper when I noticed that a guy in USA had come up with the great idea to sell pixelads. I registered themilliondollarwebsite.biz the day after and a few days later it was up running, only a week ago actually. When I was searching the net to get some traffic I noticed that we where not alone out there, so I only hope the best for all.

What software do you use to run your pixel page and why did you choose it?

Software? Except notepad and Imageready? Non. It´s simple, if you have some brain you can easily copy any site you want.

What makes your site different or special, what angle have you taken for your Pixel page?

Special or not linkexchange does everbody have. But if you run a website not just a millionpixel one, you can exchange links. I was planning on do some ebaying but that just to get traffic, I don’t think I’ll get any $100000 bid there. This site cost me about $5 to set up and that’s for real. I already had a motel and I just parked the domain there.

The original pixel page generated traffic mainly through viral marketing mainly spawned by media interest, how do you generate traffic to your site?

Mainly linkexchange and bannerexchange, but I also signed up for some “Get heavy traffic” sites. Googling does really work to.

What do you offer potential advertisers, how much do you charge and how much traffic do you envisage an advertiser could generate by advertising with you?

I offer them a four year pixelad at my site, for sure. 99.9 server uptime. I charge $1 per pixel and $0.5 per pixel made by me, if anyone wants a image made by meJ Because my website only been up running a week I cant say how much traffic they will get. The first day I advertised I got over 100 uniqe clicks. Good or bad you tell me. But I´m working as h-ll to get traffic, so all you advertisers out there, don’t think we milliondollarsite owners just sit on our lazy butts and receives checks from you. WE DON`T!!!

Currently the top 5 Alexa ranked pixel sites enjoy a lot of interest from the public. How long do you think this will last, is there a long term future for pixel pages?

An eternity maybe or it´s dead tomorrow but I´m still planning to do what I can to encourage people to advertise on this kind of sites.

Besides your own pixel page, which other pixel page do you secretly admire and why?

I must say milliondollarwebpage.com just because he became a millionaire on it.
